Attending GFT classes means you’ll establish good habits and get into a fitness groove. Adding additional Personal Training classes means you’ll have one-on-one attention with an expert coach and improve on what matters most to you.
This program is great for those who want to fast-track their fitness, train for a specific race or event, or trial both GFT and PT to pinpoint their best training solution.
