Rope Climb Workshop

Join us for our Rope Climb Workshop at 5:30pm on January 25! We will be reviewing drills for foot placement and progressions with climbing. Whether you are an advanced or beginner climber, there is much to gain from attending this event. The workshop will last about 20-30 minutes, followed by a workout including rope climbs and other strength/cardio exercises.
