Group Functional Training

Group Functional Training (GFT): constantly varied movements performed at all intensity levels. In a practical, everyday life definition, it is hands-on fitness at its finest. GFT is a great choice for those who are serious about creating an exercise routine and want to make continual progress along their fitness journey.

GFT classes include a bit of everything. Barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell training. Bodyweight exercises. A wide range of cardio. Mobility, stretching, and more. Functional strength training is unique—once you try it, you may never go back to your old routine again!

Rise coaches lead a small class (8 people or less) through the workout of the day. They demonstrate the movements, help you improve on form and technique, and modify exercises to suit all skill levels—all while keeping you motivated along the way. From beginners to experts, coaches will make you feel strong and confident.
