Youth Training

Fitness made fun for kids and teens.

The ultimate goal of Youth Training? Make fitness fun and (more importantly) safe for your children. Kids ages 8-17 will work on foundational and auxiliary movements, developing their abilities in order to become a future champion.

This is a unique class designed to teach proper movement and coordination, all while getting out some extra energy and maybe even making new friends along the way.
